Payment Policy

For Stripe/PayPal payments, processing fees apply. For e-Transfer (Canada), please include your Order ID.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time

Customized Products

All laser-engraved leather goods and NFC hardware are custom-made. We follow a "Final Sale" policy.

O.T.M is not responsible for typos or incorrect links provided by the customer. Natural leather characteristics (texture/color variations) are not considered defects.

Data Privacy

O.T.M will never sell your contact data to third parties. Users are responsible for the privacy settings of their profiles and any information shared publicly.

Shipping Terms

Once items are dispatched via Canada Post or other carriers, O.T.M is not liable for shipping delays.

In case of lost packages, we will assist with carrier claims

Service Modification
